Keyboard Jump
Type the word on the next platform to leap up before the rising water catches you.
The barricade is on the left. The zombies come from the right. Your keyboard is the only weapon: type a zombie's word to lock on, finish it to fire. Three break through and the base falls.
Zombies shamble across the field toward your barricade, each carrying a word. Type any zombie's first letter to target it — its word outlines in red — then finish the word to drop it with a single shot. Early waves send slow zombies with short words; survive and the horde gets faster, denser and wordier.
You have three lives, and every zombie that reaches the barricade costs one. Unlike the space game's gentle rain, zombies advance horizontally at different rows and speeds, so threat-sorting matters: the closest zombie is not always the one to shoot first if a fast one just spawned behind it.
Watch spawn speed, not just position. A fresh fast zombie can overtake a slow one you're ignoring, and by the time it's closest you may be mid-word on something else. Strong players clear the fast movers on sight and batch the slow ones. If horror pacing isn't your thing, the same lock-and-shoot mechanic runs at a calmer angle in our space typing game.

Asteroids fall with words attached. Type them to fire your laser and defend the ship.
Fruit flies up with words attached. Slice it by typing before it falls, chain combos.
A defense game where typing replaces the trigger: zombies advance with words attached, and completing a zombie's word shoots it before it reaches your barricade.
It's arcade tension, not horror — emoji zombies and a rising pulse, no jump scares or gore.
Three. Each zombie that reaches the barricade costs one life, and the round ends when all three are gone.
